It has been reported that Tony Cascarino believes that Arsenal are now ready to challenge for the Premier League title in the upcoming season. The former Chelsea striker also suggests that the north London club should invest in another center-back before the transfer window shuts down in order to really bolster their title hopes. 'Another defender at the heart of their backline would be a massive statement for Arsenal,' said Cascarino on Sky Sports' Transfer Centre.
