Arsenal injury blow: Star player's ‘problem' is worse than first feared

Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere is set for an extended spell on the sidelines with another ankle injury after it was reported that his latest knock appears to be worse than initially feared, and he may miss England's fixtures next month, the Mirror reports. After Arsene Wenger was asked about Wilshere's absence for our Community Shield clash against Chelsea on Sunday, the boss claimed that the 23-year-old's 'ankle problem' was 'a matter of days' (via Arsenal Player).
