Morning all. Well done to the under 19's who yesterday added another trophy to the Arsenal cabinet. Great result for them and the club. The players out on loan also had a good day yesterday, Akpom and Toral scored for their temporary clubs, Hayden though managed to pick up a booking. Good to see them getting playing time, that's what they need. Bit of gossip, and that's all it is, gossip. Jake Humphrey, BT Sports presenter has waded into the ‘Arsenal to sign a big player' stuff. He's written on Twitter: A source who is rarely wrong tells me Arsenal are close to the signing that would make them genuine contenders. We shall see… We shall see and there's still plenty of time...
