Wellington Silva is only now finally eligible to play in England, despite officially signing for Arsenal a number of years ago. Work permit issues prevented him from making the move earlier, but he's now confirmed a move to Championship side Bolton. He has made a somewhat comical gaffe though, mistakenly branding Bolton a Premier League team as he officially announced the move on Instagram.
