Aaron Ramsey on brink of realising Wales qualifying ambition

Liverpool legend Ian Rush has said that qualifying for Euro 2016 is an achievement, not only for Welsh football, but for the country itself. Wales midfielder Aaron Ramsey is within 90 minutes of fulfilling his ambition of helping his country to the finals of a major tournament. Chris Coleman's side will become the first Wales side achieve that feat for 58 years if they can beat Israel in Cardiff on Sunday. Wales beat Cyprus 1-0 in their Euro 2016 qualifier on Thursday to mean they need only three points from their last three matches to book a place in France next summer.
