Olivier Giroud's Red Card Was Silly – Ex-Arsenal Striker Nicholas

It has been revealed that former Arsenal forward Charlie Nicholas believes Olivier Giroud's red card in the defeat against Dinamo Zagreb was inappropriate. The French international striker received his first yellow card for dissent after 26 minutes and was handed a second yellow, and subsequent red, in the 40th minute for a foul on Ivo Pinto in the Gunners' 2-1 defeat in their Champions League opener.
