Arsenal star hints at possible exit amid frustrations over first-team role

Arsenal star Mathieu Debuchy has hinted that he may be considering an exit after losing his first-team role in the squad, according to reports from the Express. The 30-year-old completed his move from Newcastle United during the summer of 2014 for £12million, but struggled to hold down a regular role due to injuries. Manager Arsene Wenger was forced to call up 20-year-old academy starlet Hector Bellerin to take his place last season, but the Spaniard’s form eventually saw him overtake his teammate to the role.
