Arsenal are considering a surprise bid for Besiktas midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup, as reported by talkSPORT. The 23-year-old left the Gunners in 2012 after spending four years with them as a youngster, but could now return to north London if reports of Arsenal's interest are true.
