Arsenal pair to miss three weeks after League Cup injuries

Arsenal pair Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Theo Walcott is set to miss three weeks of football after both sustained injuries in their shock 3-0 Capital One Cup loss to Sheffield Wednesday, according to reports from the Mirror. Oxlade-Chamberlain started the game for the Gunners on Tuesday but only lasted the first five minutes after pulling his hamstring, and was therefore substituted to be replaced by Walcott. However, Walcott went on to damage his calf in the 19th minute, giving manager Arsene Wenger a double headache ahead of three important fixtures.
