Santi Cazorla failed to convert from the penalty spot as Arsenal fell 2-1 to West Brom. After defeat at West Brom, former Arsenal striker Paul Mariner says the Gunners' lack of squad depth is hurting them. It may well have been the most catastrophic performance seen at The Hawthorns since Gary Neville was forced into early retirement after a soul-shattering farce against West Brom which left him unable to contemplate ever playing the game again. "The end came for me on New Year's Day, 2011," Neville recalled, "and it came on a toilet at The Hawthorns. It wasn't the way I'd have chosen to finish, but I knew for certain that this was my last game... I knew it was over....
