Report: Arsenal send Luis Boa Morte to scout midfielder
According to a report in Portuguese newspaper O Jogo, Arsene Wenger sent ex-Arsenal striker, Luis Borte Morte, to scout Porto's Ruben Neves last night. The 18-year-old defensive midfielder, who is the youngest player to ever captain a side in the Champions League, is a fixture in Porto's first team squad and has a 40 million release clause that the Gunners are apparently interested in activating in January. It's suggested that Boa Morte, the Ian Wright look-alike who was on Arsenal's books between 1997-99, isn't the only representative from the Emirates to watch Neves in recent weeks. Alas, Luis' trip to the Estádio do Dragão wasn't exactly fruitful with Sport Witness claiming Neves'...
