Manchester United and Chelsea target set to snub Premier League

Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal target Paulo Dybala is set to snub the Premier League in favour of a £30m move to German giants Borussia Dortmund, according to the Sunday Express. The struggling Bundesliga side have reportedly sent representatives to Sicily to scout Dybala at current club Palermo after the player was identified by Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp as a potential transfer target. Although the Premier League trio of Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are all believed to be keen admirers of the Argentinian hitman, it looks as if they are all set to be disappointed with Dybala's move to Germany imminent.
