Wenger proud of Arsenal response to Champions League misery

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger hailed his side’s positive response to their midweek Champions League defeat as the Gunners beat Everton 2-0 at the Emirates Stadium. Olivier Giroud scored in the first-half to give the hosts a nervy lead, but it wasn’t until Tomas Rosicky fired in a late second with a deflected strike that the three points looked secure.
