Liverpool scout teenage duo as Reds eye more English talent

A Liverpool scout reportedly attended Saturday's Championship match between Birmingham City and Huddersfield Town, with two top English teenagers on his watchlist. Reds scout Barry Hunter kept a keen eye on Blues winger Demarai Gray and Huddersfield left-back Ben Chilwell as the Terriers won 2-0 at St Andrew's, according to the Daily Mail. Gray is well known to Football League fans. He made 41 Championship appearances last season, including 28 starts, and scored six goals. The 19-year-old has also made a splash at international level, netting twice in five games for England's Under-21 side.
