Premier League legend distances himself from Swansea job

Dennis Bergkamp has ruled himself out of the running to takeover at Swansea, according to Sky Sports. The former Arsenal legend had been linked with the position following the decision to axe Garry Monk at the Liberty Stadium earlier this week. However, the 46-year old has distanced himself with a move to Wales and insists he is happy as assistant manager at Ajax. He has been in the role under Frank De Boer since 2011 and is keen to continue learning his trade before making the step into full-time management. ‘I currently have no ambition to become a head coach’, revealed the Dutchman. ‘There’s a job to do at Ajax and I see my role here in the next few years.’ Bergkamp, who...
