Wenger Admits Arsenal Will Spend In The January Transfer Window

It has been reported that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has predicted plenty of activity in the transfer window as the current Premier League table toppers look to strengthen their challenge for the title. Wenger suggested they were keen to spend, especially considering long-term injuries to Danny Welbeck, Jack Wilshere and Francis Coquelin. 'I'll be busy, that's for sure,' the Frenchman said about his January activities. 'I'm already busy and I said already one month ago we are a bit short to deal with all the competitions we face, especially in midfield. We will be busy, yes.'
