Wenger happy after Arsenal’s ugly win

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has admitted that he was happy to get the three points against Newcastle yesterday, despite his side not being anywhere near their best. A second-half goal from Laurent Koscielny was enough to give the title-hopefuls victory, although the hosts needed Petr Cech to make a number of smart saves to avoid the visitors from registering at the Emirates Stadium.
