It has been reported that Gilberto Silva believes Arsenal’s reluctance to spend big on players has them behind the Premier League eight-ball. The Gunners appear to again be out of the Premiership race with 11 games to go as they sit nine points in arrears of Chelsea who have a fixture in hand.
