31-goal Arsenal target rejects Newcastle move despite accepted £22m bid

Newcastle United have had a £22million bid for Lyon star Alexandre Lacazette accepted, but the player is not keen on joining the Magpies, according to reports from the Daily Mail. Lacazette has been heavily linked with a move away from the Stade de Gerland since the summer, with Arsenal also keen on the France international. But the Toon Army are desperate to sign a striker this January following the news that Papiss Cisse will miss at least another month of first-team football with a groin injury, and have submitted a high £22million offer for Lacazette.
