Wenger - Why Freddie is back at Arsenal
Arsène Wenger has confirmed that Freddie Ljungberg has returned to the club - as a coach.
The former Arsenal midfielder - who made 328 appearances and scored 72 goals for the Gunners - revealed on Twitter this week that he will soon start coaching the under-15s.
“Yes, because he wants to make his [coaching] license,” Wenger confirmed. “They [aspiring coaches] have to take care of a youth team and we are happy to give him a chance to do his license. [He will be involved with] the under-15s.”
