[Video] Goal – Campbell equalises v Sunderland to save Gibbs' blushes
Joel Campbell has saved Kieran Gibbs and Laurent Koscielny some blushes in our FA Cup third round clash with Sunderland, grabbing a first half equaliser after the Black Cats took an early lead. Jermaine Lens put Sam Allardyce's side in front after a mix up between Gibbs and Koscielny, the Englishman playing his centre-back into danger with a really poor pass, and Koscielny then failing to clear first time and seeing the ball pinched by Lens. The Sunderland man then had a fairly simple task to lash it past Petr Cech, with the mistake putting us 1-0 down early on. Thankfully, the attacking strength we had on the pitch meant we were always going to create chances, and we eventually took one....
