Arsene Wenger expects a deal for Mohamed Elneny to be completed soon, and Mathieu Debuchy to leave Arsenal. Arsene Wenger has confirmed that Arsenal have completed a deal for Basel midfielder Mohamed Elneny and that the Egyptian could be available for the game against Stoke on Sunday.
