Everton are believed to be closing in on the signing of Leeds United's Sam Byram. The Toffees have been showing significant interest in the 22-year-old right-back for some time now and it appears as though they will finally get their man. Reports suggest Everton and Leeds are in advanced talks regarding a £4million transfer fee having previously been unable to agree a deal.
