Wenger averts diplomatic crisis with Elneny praise
There was an odd moment in today's press conference when Arsene Wenger was asked a question by what we assume was an Egyptian journalist. Firstly, he asked the manager if he knew that Mohaemed Elneny's father was an ‘amazing footballer'. Wenger's response: 'I didn't know that? Can he still play?!' Then, the journalist suggested that some fans were feeling down because the Arsenal website had made a grammatical error in Arabic. 'Like, instead of Bonjour, they wrote Jourbon,' he said.
