Wenger Admits Chinese Mega Spending A Concern
It has been reported that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says China's mega spending is a concern. Wenger expects prices to be driven up even higher by the arrival of China in the market and the power of the new £8m television deal which will take effect in England in the summer. Asked if China's emergence as a major force on the transfer scene was a worry, Wenger said: 'Yes, of course, because China looks to have the financial power to move a whole league of players from Europe to China.
