Fears over Ox after Masch clash

The Mirror are reporting that Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could be sideline for some time after picking up an injury against Barcelona on Tuesday night. The midfielder overran the ball, allowing Javier Mascherano a chance to clear, before the two players collided leaving them both in a heap on the ground. Oxlade-Chamberlain limped on, and came out for the second period but lasted just minutes before being replaced by Theo Walcott. He reportedly left the ground on crutches, with fears that he might have suffered knee ligament damage.
