Injuries force Arsenal star to make massive career decision

Mikel Arteta may well be leaving Arsenal at the end of the season, but at the very least he'll be calling time on his playing career, as reported by the Mirror. The Arsenal captain – in name only really – is set to retire at the end of the season, with constant injuries essentially forcing his hand. The Spaniard has barely featured for Arsenal for what seems like an eternity, with persistent injuries keeping him sidelined, and sending him back to the doctor's office every time he nears a return to action.
