Pundit claims English midfielder is as good as Özil
Sky Sports pundit Alan McInally has rather bizarrely suggested that Everton's Ross Barkley is on the same level as Mesut Özil, with the Toffees midfielder impressing for Roberto Martinez this season, as reported by Sky Sports. The England international has enjoyed mixed success this season, dipping in and out of form over the course of the campaign. He often plays a huge part in Everton's success, scoring goals and providing assists for his teammates too. He just as frequently goes missing though, and has absolutely no impact whatsoever on the game.
