The Costa Rican opened the scoring for the Gunners and was arguably their most impressive performer on a difficult night. But in the 64th minute Wenger took Campbell off and brought on Danny Welbeck to the frustration of the Arsenal fans who booed the decision. Arsenal then conceded late on thanks to Ashley Williams and it leaves their Premier League title hopes in major doubt ahead of the north London derby on Saturday.
