On a yellow card after a first half booking, Coquelin made a rash tackle on Harry Kane near the touchline to leave referee Michael Oliver with little choice but to reduce the Gunners to 10 men. And his ill-discipline changed the game as Spurs scored twice in seven minutes to take the lead and they looked set to top the table for the first time this season.
