Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham set to battle over red-hot French striker

GETTY Dembele is one of France's most highly rated prospects Dembele scored a first-half hat-trick last night as Rennes beat Nantes 4-1 in the Brittany derby. French football outlet GFFN are claiming that scouts from as many as six Premier League clubs were in attendance including Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham. Sunderland, Southampton and Leicester also had representatives at the game while Barcelona, Juventus, AC Milan, Schalke and Bayer Leverkusen are also in the race for the striker. Dembele joined Rennes at the age of 13 and broke into the first team last November, scoring on his full debut in the 2-2 draw with Bordeaux.
