Video technology should be used for offside decisions - Arsene Wenger

New FIFA president Gianni Infantino says he is open to the increased use of technology in football. LONDON -- Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger thinks the use of TV replays by referees should only be added for offside decisions for now. Football's rule-making board the International Football Association Board (IFAB) has approved the start of in-game trials with video assistance for referees that are expected to start next year. However, those trials would be restricted to referees ruling on whether a goal has been scored, a penalty should be awarded, a player should be sent off or in cases of mistaken identity.
