Arsenal star recovers from injury in time to face England

Arsenal star Mesut Ozil has shaken off an ankle injury he picked up in their 2-0 win over Everton last weekend and will be able to feature for Germany against England, London Evening Standard reports. Ozil was unable to participate in the German team's first day of training this past week with pain in his ankle, but both the Gunners and Die Mannschaff were not concerned with what seemed to be only a slight problem. And the attacking midfielder has resumed training with the national team, confirming that he will be available for their crunch clash against the Three Lions this Saturday. “Everything was good, I’m fit for the weekend,” he told Bild.
