Mikel Arteta is set to leave the Emirates this summer. Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta could join Manchester City as part of Pep Guardiola's coaching staff, a source close to the player has told N FC. Arteta, 34, is out of contract at the end of the season and is considering retiring and moving into coaching this summer due to his recent injury problems. Despite being club captain, the Spanish midfielder has seen his involvement in Arsene Wenger's side restricted over the last two seasons due to a number of injuries and he has made just eight Premier League appearances this term because of a persistent calf problem.
