Man United legend helped Arsenal in the transfer market
Sir Alex Ferguson is Manchester United through and through, but he actually helped us secure the signature of Danny Welbeck, according to Squawka (via the Metro). Welbeck may not be a world class striker, but Louis van Gaal must be regretting letting him go given the situation at Manchester United recently. They've struggled badly for goals, with their options up front leaving a lot to be desired. Young Marcus Rashford has come to their rescue, but that seems to have been more down to luck than careful planning from van Gaal.
