With Jack Wilshere, Arsene Wenger is showing understandable restraint

In the quiet surroundings of Swansea City's training ground on Thursday afternoon, Jack Wilshere completed 90 minutes during Arsenal Under-21s 3-1 loss. Having six days earlier played 65 minutes against Newcastle's U21s, this was the first time since June 2015 that the midfielder has played a full game. As such, his manager chose to remain cautious when asked the following day to set a first-team comeback date for Wilshere from the broken fibula he suffered in preseason....
