Wenger states why Arsenal won’t win the league this season
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has stated that his side will not win the league this season due to a lack of consistency against the Premier League’s so-called weaker sides. The Gunners are mathematically still in the hunt to become English champions for the first time since 2004, but will need a capitulation from Leicester and to overcome Tottenham also. However, it is becoming increasingly likely that the Emirates Stadium faithful will need to wait another year before putting in a bid to win the Premier League title.
