Arshavin questions Wenger's conservatism
It's seven years to the day that a pint-sized Russian called Andrei Arshavin scored four goals at Anfield. With his cheeky smile, basic grasp of English ('I am Gooner now'), wacky personal website and outrageous unwillingness to track back, he briefly flirted with ‘terrace favourite' status, especially after downing Pep Guardiola's Barcelona with THAT goal.
