Mike Dean has acknowledged that he should have given Sunderland a penalty against Arsenal, according to Jermain Defoe. Sunderland forward Jermain Defoe revealed that referee Mike Dean accepted he should have awarded a penalty against Arsenal defender Per Mertesacker for handball.
