Arsenal Face Disappointment In Riyad Mahrez Pursuit

It has been revealed that Leicester City vice-chairman Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha has revealed that Riyad Mahrez wants to remain with the Foxes. The Algerian winger starred for the new Premier League champions this season, winning the PFA Player of the Year award, and has subsequently attracted interest from the likes of Arsenal, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. Mahrez's agent Kamel Bengougam has suggested that there is a '50-50 chance' the 25-year-old stays at King Power Stadium but the club is confident he will snub the bigger clubs to remain in the East Midlands with the English premiers.
