Opinion: Arsenal & Chelsea should get exited as exquisite playmaker's contract talks stall

The likelihood of Henrikh Mkhitaryan playing in the Premier League next season have been boosted with the news that the playmaker's contract talks with Borussia Dortmund have stalled. According to the Mirror, London giants Chelsea and Arsenal are both keen on signing the BVB attacking midfielder, although the Bundesliga giants—conscious of the Armenia international's value—are understood to be keen on tying him down to a new contract.
