Welbeck sends message to Arsenal fans following injury news
Follow the author on Twitter: @Attlee It's been confirmed that Danny Welbeck will miss nine months after undergoing knee surgery (via Arsenal.com), and following the announcement he took to social media to send a message to the Arsenal fans. He posted this picture of him celebrating in front of the fans, with the caption: 'I will be back stronger!' The former Manchester United man suffered a knee injury back in April 2015, and was consequently ruled out for almost a year. He made his return earlier this year, but now looks set for a similar spell on the sidelines after re-injuring the same knee.
