Arsenal battling Man United for £20m centre-back

His top target is apparently Napoli's Kalidou Koulibaly, who could be available for £20m, according to the Daily Star. The Serie A star is being chased by a number of top clubs, with Chelsea and Manchester United also in the hunt for his signature (via the Daily Star).
