REVEALED: Jamie Vardy Met Arsene Wenger On Friday

It has been revealed that Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy has met with Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger. The Sun claims that Vardy, 29, had face-to-face discussions with the Gunners chief in London on Friday morning ahead of a switch. Wenger triggered the England star's buy-out clause, which allowed negotiations to start. The forward was given time off after playing in the Three Lions' friendly with Portugal on Thursday. The Gunners are now trying to do a deal before the Euros as Three Lions boss Roy Hodgson does not want transfer distractions. Reports in Italy claim Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri was asked if Arsenal had made an offer and replied: “It's all true.'
