Arsene Wenger wishes Jamie Vardy 'good luck' after striker snubbed Arsenal

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has wished Jamie Vardy "good luck" after the Leicester City striker opted to reject a move to the Emirates. The 29-year-old, who is currently competing for England at Euro 2016 in France, was thought to be considering a switch to North London after the Gunners triggered a £20m release clause in his contract. However, Leicester announced on Thursday that Vardy, who scored 24 goals in the Foxes' Premier League title-winning campaign last season, has agreed a new four-year deal.
