Arsenal target in talks with Turkish giants

Arsenal have suffered a blow in the race to sign FC Twente's highly rated young star Hakim Ziyech. Arsenal are among a host of clubs chasing the 23-year-old this summer according to the Chronicle. The Turkish newspaper AMK claims that Fenerbahce have held talks with the young midfielder and are close to agreeing personal terms. The report goes onto state that the Yellow Canaries have offered Ziyech 1.8 million per season but are yet to agree a transfer fee with FC Twente. Haberturk report that Twente are holding out for £8 million for the 23-year-old however, Fenerbahce do not want to pay more than they sold Luis Nani for.
