Wenger optimistic for Monaco clash
Manager Arsene Wenger intends to make the most of Arsenal's second chance when they jet out to Monaco on Monday afternoon aiming to rewrite history and stay in the Champions League. The Gunners' hopes of reaching the quarter-finals were all but extinguished after suffering a 3-1 home defeat in the first leg last month - conceding in stoppage time just minutes after giving themselves a life-line with a late goal from Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
