Wenger Plotting £30m Bid For Established Premier League Striker

Arsenal are reportedly interested in raiding Manchester City for a striker, with their transfer target identified as Wilfried Bony according to a report by the Daily Star. The report states that Arsene Wenger is looking to buy the Ivorian attacker with an initial set offer of £30m as part of his plan to bolster their offensive power. No final decision has been made yet by the Frenchman on sending a formal bid however. A new striker is required at the Emirates Stadium.
