Arsenal Could Complete Signing 'In Coming Hours'

Arsenal could complete the signing of Shkodran Mustafi from Valencia “in the coming hours”, according to Spanish newspaper Marca. The defender has been linked with a move to the Emirates for weeks in one of the most protracted transfer stories of the summer so far (via Sport Witness). Anyone who watched Arsenal’s 4-3 defeat to Liverpool could see the need for defensive reinforcements and the club could be getting some soon. Spanish newspaper Marca has claimed that the club could sign Valencia centre back Shkodran Mustafi very soon. The newspaper’s source is Roberto Soriano, a Villarreal midfielder and friend of Mustafi.
