Exclusive: Arsenal and Tottenham send scouts to monitor Blackpool youngster

Arsenal and Tottenham had scouts at the Hive last night to watch Bright Osayi-Samuel
Osayi-Samuel only made his senior debut for Blackpool in March last year but appeared 23 times for the side. And while the Tangerines were relegated to League Two, the Nigerian-born winger is understood to have caught the eye of a number of big clubs. Express Sport understands scouts from Arsenal and Tottenham were both present when Blackpool took on Barnet at the Hive last night, as well as several representatives of various Championship clubs.
